2026 Digital Director
Position Overview:
The Vindman for Congress Campaign is seeking a dedicated and experienced Digital Director to run Digital programming for the re-election effort of Frontline Congressman Eugene Vindman.
Congressman Vindman had the largest non-leadership budget of any competitive race in the 2024 cycle, over 18 million dollars, most of which was digital fundraising, and won a Cook Political Toss Up District and is gearing up for an extremely competitive re-election bid.
Primary Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the Finance Director and our Digital Fundraising Firm to own large scale digital fundraising operation, which includes cycle, quarterly, monthly, weekly and eventually daily projections and costs.

Be responsible for moving copy, texts and other fundraising content and creative - overseeing approval on all.
- •
Monitor the news and social media for potential rapid response moments across platforms
- •
Work closely with Communications Director to help own the campaign side digital programming - including social media, digital organizing, etc. - shifting as the digital landscape changes over the cycle.

When it comes time to communicate - help to oversee digital persuasion process and shoots, helping with scripting, shoots, tracking digital competitive and making strategic decisions based upon aforementioned competitive.
Required Qualifications:
- •
Platform experience with Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, etc. and other platforms as they come online.
- •
Experience working with or for Digital Fundraising firms, including overseeing projections, moving content and creative and generating reports.
- •
Solid communicator and creative personality, with a passion for public service and affecting positive change for the greater good.
Location: This is an in-person position based in Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia. Travel within Virginia and occasionally out-of-state travel will be required. Applicants will be expected to relocate.
Compensation: Salary $7,000- $8,000 based on experience. Health insurance stipend will be provided.
